CONSTRUCTION

CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED

We're excited to share the latest Buyer Update for Miru.

Construction officially commenced in late January, with the Nikias Diamond team making strong progress on bulk earth works. 

Foundation works are well underway, with the site cut nearing completion and foundation slabs set to be poured in the coming weeks. Following this milestone, construction of the townhome frames will begin.

We look forward to sharing more progress updates with you soon.

PHASE 1 – we are here

CONSTRUCTION

Miru is currently under construction and we expect this to be completed Q2 2027. We will continue to send you updates throughout the construction phase to keep you up to date with how the project is progressing.

Phase 2

Certificate of Occupancy

Once construction of the project is completed, the Certificate of Occupancy can be granted. Your bank will require this to approve finance on your purchase and is the first step in the settlement process.

Bank valuation

As part of your finance approval process, your bank may arrange a valuation of your property at Miru with our team. Our team will then coordinate with your bank to conduct valuations as required.

Pre-Settlement Inspection

As part of the pre-settlement process, you will be invited to attend a Pre-Settlement Inspection of your property. This will be your opportunity to thoroughly inspect your new home to ensure everything has been completed to the high quality expected.

phase 5

Settlement + Move In

Following registration of the Units Plan, settlements will be called, allowing 21 days for your bank to process the settlement. Once settlement has occurred, our friendly team will be in touch to arrange collection of your keys for you to move into your new home at Miru.
