CONSTRUCTION

CONSTRUCTION COMMENCED

Construction continues to progress strongly across the site, with all substructure and in-ground services now complete across the development.

The project has now transitioned into vertical construction, with the buildings beginning to take shape. Block 3 is currently undergoing structural framing installation, while Block 4 has ground floor framing underway. Block 2 is approaching its ground floor slab pour, and slab preparation works have now commenced on Block 1.

There has been strong momentum across the site, with multiple trades working collaboratively to progress the build, including carpenters, concreters, formworkers, structural steel installers and steel fixers.

Over the coming months, superstructure framing will continue across all buildings, while roofing and external cladding works commence on Block 3. As scaffolding begins to come down, buyers will start to experience more of Miru’s architectural vision and elevated outlooks coming to life.

PHASE 1 – we are here

CONSTRUCTION

Miru is currently under construction and we expect this to be completed Q2 2027. We will continue to send you updates throughout the construction phase to keep you up to date with how the project is progressing.

Phase 2

Certificate of Occupancy

Once construction of the project is completed, the Certificate of Occupancy can be granted. Your bank will require this to approve finance on your purchase and is the first step in the settlement process.

Bank valuation

As part of your finance approval process, your bank may arrange a valuation of your property at Miru with our team. Our team will then coordinate with your bank to conduct valuations as required.

phase 4

Pre-Settlement Inspection

As part of the pre-settlement process, you will be invited to attend a Pre-Settlement Inspection of your property. This will be your opportunity to thoroughly inspect your new home to ensure everything has been completed to the high quality expected.

phase 5

Settlement + Move In

Following registration of the Units Plan, settlements will be called, allowing 21 days for your bank to process the settlement. Once settlement has occurred, our friendly team will be in touch to arrange collection of your keys for you to move into your new home at Miru.
