The Miru Display Suite is located on Holborow Avenue in Denman North, with parking available off Goulstone Terrace.
This is where you can discover the inclusions, products, colour schemes - including a display kitchen - that will be available at Miru.
It is also where you can get to know more about the project with our friendly Team Member, Marcus Allesch, who will be able to walk you through every detail of the design and build, purchase process and more.

Purchasing a property at Miru has been designed to be as easy as possible.
Once you have decided on the property you would like to make yours, you simply need to meet with our team to pay your $1,000 deposit and sign your sales contract.
The balance of the 5% deposit less the $1,000 already paid will then be due within 14 days. No other payment will be due until completion.
Then you just need to count down the days until your new home will be ready!

A $1,000 deposit is required when signing the contract to secure your purchase. 5% of the purchase price (less the $1,000 already paid) is then required within 14 days.
A 10% deposit bond may also be accepted as an alternative to the full 5% deposit.
Please note no other payment is due until completion.

Owner occupier buyers at Miru may be able to take advantage of the ACT Governmentβs owner occupier duty exemption, where no stamp duty is payable on off-the-plan properties up to the value of $1,020,000. Terms and conditions apply, find out more via ACT Government here.
Eligible first home buyers may also be able to take advantage of the Australian Governmentβs expanded First Home Guarantee Scheme, where you could purchase a property at Miru with only a 5% deposit and pay no LMI.

Yes! All external windows in both townhomes and apartments at Miru will be double-glazed, making them future-proofed for energy efficiency.

The ceiling heights for townhomes at Miru vary between plan type and unit. The general ceiling heights across all types are:
Block 1 & 2 (Type A, B & C Townhomes) - Generally 2.7m to Lower Ground and Ground levels, 2.55m to Level 1, and 2.4m to wet areas.
Block 3 (Type D, F & G Townhomes) - Generally 2.7m to Ground level (Type F Unit 36 - 3m), 2.55m to Level 1, and 2.4m to wet areas.
Block 4 (Type E & H Townhomes) - Generally 2.7m to Lower Ground Living & Dining, 2.4m to all other areas of Lower Ground level (Type H Unit 37 & 38 - 3.3m), 2.55m to Ground and Level 1, and 2.4m to wet areas.

Yes β all homes at Miru will be NBN-ready with pre-wired fit-off on move in.
Upon settlement, you will simply need to contact your preferred internet provider to sign up for an account and book in your connection.

Once complete, Miru will be issued a Units Plan and all properties will be entitled and managed by the Owners Corporation (Body Corporate) and Strata management organisation.
