Ready to make your purchase at Miru a reality? You can submit your details via the form here, and our team will get in touch to guide you through the next steps of the purchase process.

Complete the Request to Purchase form with your preferred property preference, along with two other preferences in case your first choice is no longer available.
Our team will arrange an appointment at our Miru Display Suite to ensure you are familiar with the project.
You can then pay your $1,000 deposit and sign your sales contract. The balance of the 5% deposit less the $1,000 already paid will then be due within 14 days.
No other payment will be due until completion.
Count down the days until your new home will be ready!
